Job Description

Relationship with people interested in videochat activity.

Scheduling interviews with potential models and creating profiles on the site.

Centralizing all contacts and maintaining relationships with people who have come to the interview, but have delayed the start of the activity.


Responsibilities related to model activities

SUPERVISING training activities for models and Senior Trainer, as well as respecting studio cleanliness standards.

Maintaining relationships with Standard Studio and updating video lessons and procedures after receiving the latest news.

Preventing possible attempts at fraud by models.


Administrative Responsibilities

Scheduling all interviews for administrative staff.

Coordinating and verifying all employees regarding administrative tasks and attributes.

Ability to occupy any role in the studio at any time when needed.

Placing orders for necessary products in the studio and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Weekly verification of cleaning materials and office supplies.

Ensuring an activity that meets all legal operating conditions.


Responsibilities related to promoting the studio

Coordinating local marketing efforts (leaflets, public spaces in town).

Maintaining evidence of costs involved in recruiting each model and supplementing the promotion budget if studio growth is not rapid enough.

Salary Offer

- 5000 lei net, with potential for increase
