At once operational, managerial, and coordinator, right-hand man/woman of the director on site, the manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant. As an ambassador for the brand, he/she ensures the proper unfolding of service and customer satisfaction. My role in the team No matter the size of the team, I see things on a grand scale.
