Carrefour Belgique accelerates the expansion of its store network. As an "Expansionist Hunter", you are the driving force behind the crucial first phase of this growth process. Your goal is to actively prospect new locations and prepare exhaustive files until lease signing.

• Prospection Proactive : You actively search for new sites based on the strategic expansion plan ("plan des zones blanches"), with a particular emphasis on the Brussels region.

• Gestion de Réseau : You develop and maintain a local network of real estate agents and property owners to identify the best opportunities first.

• Constitution de Dossiers : After a positive market analysis, you initiate files in the ERP tool.

• Stakeholder Management : You work closely with the Regional Director and internal departments such as Legal, Finance, and Technical to develop a solid business case.

• Validation : You are responsible for the file until validation by management and definitive contract signing.

• You are a commercial hunter with a proactive mindset and practice.

• You have relevant experience in expansion, acquisition, or asset management in the retail (food/non-food) or real estate sector.

• A existing network on the Brussels real estate market is a major asset.

• You demonstrate resilience, know how to interact with various stakeholders within a large organization, and do not get discouraged if a project takes longer than expected.

• Contrat : A full-time indefinite contract (CDI).
