Role Objective

The Executive Manager will have the responsibility to coordinate the activity of the hospital from a strategic, operational and financial point of view, ensuring the efficient functioning of all departments and compliance with medical quality standards.

The role presupposes an integrated approach to healthcare management, in which operational performance, financial sustainability and the quality of the medical act are correlated with the network's main objective: patient-centered care.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Management

The Executive Manager will contribute to the elaboration and implementation of the hospital's development strategy in the medium and long term, adapted to the evolution of the medical market and the needs of patients.

Operational Coordination

The role involves coordinating the activity of medical and administrative departments, optimizing internal flows and supporting efficient collaboration between medical and operational teams.

Financial Performance

The Manager will monitor the hospital's financial indicators, manage budgets and identify opportunities to increase revenues and optimize costs, while maintaining the quality standards of medical services.

Quality Standards

An essential objective of the role is the maintenance and development of excellence standards in patient care, as well as increasing their degree of satisfaction.

Institutional Representation

The Executive Manager will represent the hospital in relation to public health authorities, regulatory institutions (DSP, CAS), strategic partners and suppliers.

Candidate Profile

For this role, Wellborn is looking for a professional with relevant experience in the management of medical organizations and with a good understanding of the healthcare system.

The requirements include:

• higher education in medicine, business administration or management
• minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in the private medical sector
• demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
• analytical thinking and results-oriented
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• knowledge of health legislation and good medical management practices
