Responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of complete motorsport events
• Coordination of logistics: location, permits, equipment, security
• Management of relationships with federations, authorities, partners, suppliers, and sponsors.
• Coordination of technical teams and volunteers
• Coordination and supervision of the event organization team.
• Coordination of logistics: location, permits, equipment, security
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Management of event budgets.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Attracting participants and promoting events

Requirements:

• Prior experience in organizing events, preferably in the motorsport domain.
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Solid project management skills
• Availability for weekend work and travel
• Driving permit
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of planning and budgeting.
• Passion for motorsport and desire to deliver unforgettable experiences to participants.
