Manager - Ethics

About the Team The Ethics team at Navi champions a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. We define key policies like the Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy, run training and awareness programs, and ensure fair investigation of ethical concerns. We work closely with HR, Legal, and other teams to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior across the organization. About the Role This plays a pivotal role in embedding ethical values into day-to-day operations of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote ethical conduct, providing training and guidance to employees on ethics-related matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive ethics program that aligns with Navi's values and mission. • Providing training and guidance to employees on ethics-related matters, including conducting workshops and presentations. • Investigating and resolving ethical concerns in a fair and timely manner. • Collaborating with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ethics and compliance. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ethics, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in an ethics-related role, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong understanding of ethical principles and laws, including relevant regulations such as FINRA and SEC. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
