Tasks As Manager Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) (m/w/d), your tasks will include: You develop existing EHS management systems and processes; You analyze and evaluate risks and hazards in the company and implement measures to minimize them; You design and conduct training sessions for employees on EHS topics; You monitor and control compliance with EHS regulations and standards; You maintain and update EHS documentation and records; You collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to EHS; You identify and address potential EHS issues and concerns; You develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the company's EHS performance. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in EHS management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. OSHA, EU-OSHA); Certification in EHS (e.g. ISO 14001) is an advantage.
