E-Commerce & Growth Manager Théobroma X is a premium cosmetics brand with a structured expansion structure, with strong digital dynamics and retail development in Switzerland. As part of our growth, we are recruiting an E-Commerce & Growth Manager to lead digital performance and support omnichannel deployment. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for profitable digital growth and actively contribute to expansion. The role is as follows:- Structure and develop a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives;- Develop and implement a growth plan for Théobroma X's e-commerce channel, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion;- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives across channels;- Monitor and optimize e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates;- Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives;- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers;- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve Théobroma X's e-commerce capabilities.
