Expansion Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for your own area: You manage your own area within the expansion in Poland
• Location assessment: You search for and analyze attractive locations for commercial real estate
• Purchase of real estate and land: You conduct negotiations for real estate or land until the purchase agreement is concluded
• Interactive cooperation and strategic development: You recognize strategic potential and cooperate with other departments and management
• Network and market presence: You maintain constant contact with external partners, such as brokers, sellers, municipalities, and authorities

Our requirements

• You have experience in location acquisition, expansion, project management, or real estate management
• You stand out with your communication skills and confidence in negotiations – also at the level of decision-makers and owners
• You work in an organized and independent manner and demonstrate initiative in your projects
• Willingness to travel on business, very good knowledge of English or good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to undergo a short introductory training in Germany
