As Manager Digital Growth, you will develop and accompany digital initiatives that sustainably improve our growth, brand presence, and customer experience. You will work at the interface between marketing, business, and IT, coordinate projects, and ensure that modern technologies – particularly AI – are meaningfully integrated into our processes and products.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of digital growth initiatives together with marketing, technology, and management
• Responsibility for digital projects – from idea to successful implementation
• Interface between marketing, business, UX, and internal and external IT partners
• Identification and introduction of new AI solutions to optimize marketing, content, customer service, and internal processes
• Optimization of the customer journey and user experience of our website and digital services
• Support in selecting and introducing new software solutions and digital tools
• Analysis of user behavior, campaign results, and business processes to identify optimization potential
• Steering external agencies, developers, and technology partners
• Maintaining an eye on new trends in AI, digital marketing, and e-commerce, as well as deriving concrete measures

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of digital marketing, e-commerce, digital business, or project management
• Experience in implementing and leading digital projects
• Very good understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and conversion optimization-fundamental knowledge of AI architectures, as well as practical experience using modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable applications) and agent-based software platforms (LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, N8N, etc.)
• Outstanding technical and commercial understanding and joy in working with digital tools and platforms
• Able to translate marketing and business requirements into concrete projects
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent communication skills and joy in collaborating with different teams
• Very good German and good English language skills

If you bring along

• Experience in the tourism-, hospitality- or e-commerce-field
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation
• Experience with content management systems and website processes
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud applications, APIs, or no-code/low-code platforms
• Experience with agile working methods
