Logistics Department, Arad Seat Belts Factory

Your activities:

—    Leads, coordinates, and organizes the activity in the managed warehouses, including external warehouses (imposed by OEMs);

—    Implements and monitors the achievement of performance indicators according to its area of responsibility;

—    Ensures the preparation and control of the budget for its area of responsibility and is an active part in the formation of the Logistics department budget;

—    Instructs, coordinates, motivates, and controls subordinate personnel;

—    Optimizes together with specialists and the team, various existing software solutions, in order to improve the efficiency of the activities in its areas of responsibility;

—    Supports the continuous improvement process and the direct involvement of subordinate personnel in this process.     

Your profile:

—    University studies (technical or economic studies are an advantage);

—    Experience in a similar position and / or at least 2 years in the automotive industry with disciplinary responsibility in Logistics – an advantage;

—    Basic knowledge of project management;

—    Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);

—    PC operating skills (MS Office Suite);

—    A person with strategic thinking, overall vision, and development orientation;

—    Strong decision-making skills and a results-oriented approach;

—    Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

—    Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines.
