Warehouse Preparation Manager

Job description

- Coordinates warehouse activity administratively;

- Coordinates and manages subordinate personnel (leave planning, ensures staffing needs by participating in the recruitment process of warehouse workers, etc.);

- Ensures and coordinates the completion of internal documents necessary for warehouse activity;

- Coordinates assembly/disassembly, cutting, modification, packaging, etc. of products and finished goods;

- Ensures the smooth flow of goods entering/leaving the warehouse, respecting internal rules and current legislation;

- Ensures and coordinates the preparation of delivery orders, respecting their deadlines and delivery methods;

- Ensures and coordinates the correct completion of documents related to warehouse activity;

- Ensures and coordinates the cleaning and order process within the warehouse;

- Ensures the processing of incoming goods and products within appropriate deadlines, evaluating their destination (warehouse, service, or other departments), quality, and quantity;

- Ensures the proper functioning of warehouse equipment and inventory items, monitoring and coordinating their servicing and authorization (where applicable);


- Ensures and coordinates the annual inventory of goods as well as random verification inventories by product range;

- Monitors warehouse safety and the proper functioning of surveillance equipment;

- Executes tasks within reasonable deadlines, respecting their quality;

- Hands over/takes over and ensures the good quality (replacement) of winter/summer work equipment for warehouse personnel, according to OSH specifications.

Minimum requirements:

Integrity, industriousness, with vision and organizational and people skills.

Analytical thinking, seriousness, taking responsibility.

Communication skills, creativity in finding the best solutions, and initiative.

Ability to find solutions and make decisions in atypical situations and under time pressure.

Knowledge of inventory management.

Experience in the field.

Minimum Basic level in Office, Windows, PC.

The position involves collaboration with other departments to optimally carry out tasks, with a high level of quality, focusing on providing good service to customers.
