Manager Department of Design

Location: Timișoara 
Program: Full-time, 8h/zi 
Department: Design / Construction 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Coordination of the entire design department (architecture, structure, installations); 
• Verification and approval of technical documents before delivery; 
• Ensuring the technical quality of projects and compliance with current regulations; 
• Planning resources and prioritizing projects based on deadlines and complexity; 
• Constant communication with beneficiaries, partners, and external collaborators; 
• Drafting and monitoring the department's budget; 
• Direct involvement in developing and improving the design team; 
• Active participation in public and private tenders; 
• Tight collaboration with other departments involved in project implementation. 

Requirements: 

• Graduate of an architecture faculty; 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design, at least 3 as a coordinator; 
• Right to sign (OAR / MLPTL – depending on specialization); 
• Solid and updated knowledge of technical regulations and construction legislation; 
• Relevant portfolio of completed projects; 
• Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills; 
• Knowledge of PC operation – MS Office, design programs (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.); 
• Oriented towards solutions, attention to details, and decision-making capacity; 
• Driving license category B – mandatory.
