Transition Manager – HR Transformation

Contract Type: Transition management mission (freelance / umbrella company)
Duration: 6 months, renewable
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Paris, with 2 days of remote work possible
Compensation: €600 - €800 HT / day

Xerus Conseil supports companies and organizations in their transitions. On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Transition Manager to lead the transformation of its Human Resources function.

Your missions

• Conduct a diagnostic of the HR function: organization, processes, tools, and skills.

• Define and manage the HR transformation roadmap with senior management.

• Lead change management with HR teams and managers.

• Implement priority projects: organization, processes, HRIS, skills management, recruitment, training.

• Engage with employee representative bodies and ensure legal and social security for changes.

• Transfer tools and methods to the internal team before the end of the mission.

Your profile

• More than 7 years of experience in human resources, including a period in HR management or leading transformation projects.

• Experience in change management and managing complex HR projects.

• Solid knowledge of labor law and social dialogue.

• Ability to intervene quickly in a transition context, with autonomy and a practical approach.

• Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization, and a consulting posture.
