Industrial Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to fully coordinate technical and production projects, from requirements analysis and planning to delivery, assembly, and commissioning. The role involves constant collaboration with design, production, procurement, quality, and assembly teams, as well as managing relationships with clients and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
• Developing and tracking project plans, budgets, and execution schedules.
• Monitoring adherence to deadlines, costs, and assumed technical requirements.
• Coordinating activities between design, procurement, production, quality control, and assembly.
• Ensuring the availability of materials and components necessary for project execution.
• Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other involved partners.
• Identifying and eliminating operational blockages that may affect project progress.
• Participating in the analysis of non-conformities and implementing corrective measures.
• Coordinating technical changes that arise during projects.
• Monitoring project costs, consumption, and performance.
• Preparing progress reports and presenting status to management.
• Coordinating final tests, functional validations, and delivery stages.
• Ensuring project closure and evaluating the results obtained.
• Proposing and implementing improvements to project management processes.

Requirements Studies

• Completed university studies, preferably in technical fields: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, machine building technologies, construction, or other relevant fields.
• Certifications or specializations in project management are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination.
• Experience in industrial production environments or machinery construction is an advantage.
• Experience in managing budgets, deadlines, and resources.
• Experience in collaborating with suppliers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Knowledge

• Interpretation of technical drawings and execution documentation.
• Knowledge of production processes: cutting, CNC, bending, welding, sandblasting, painting, assembly, hydraulics, and electrical.
• Knowledge of project planning and tracking (MS Project, ERP, or similar applications).
• Excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of quality management, OHS, and GDPR.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Occasional travel to clients and work sites.
• Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-13:00.
