Job description
We are looking for a Project Manager to fully coordinate technical and production projects, from requirements analysis and planning to delivery, assembly, and commissioning. The role involves continuous collaboration with design, production, procurement, quality, and assembly teams, as well as managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities- Planning, organizing, and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.
- Developing and tracking project plans, budgets, and execution schedules.
- Monitoring adherence to deadlines, costs, and assumed technical requirements.
- Coordinating activities between design, procurement, production, quality control, and assembly.
- Ensuring the availability of materials and components necessary for project execution.
- Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and other involved partners.
- Identifying and eliminating operational bottlenecks that may affect project progress.
- Participating in the analysis of non-conformities and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinating technical changes occurring during projects.
- Monitoring project costs, consumption, and performance.
- Preparing progress reports and presenting status updates to management.
- Coordinating final tests, functional validations, and delivery stages.
- Ensuring project closure and evaluating the results obtained.
- Proposing and implementing improvements to project management processes.
- Completed university degree, preferably in technical fields: mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, machine building technologies, construction, or other relevant fields.
- Certifications or specializations in project management are an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination.
- Experience in industrial production or machinery construction environments is an advantage.
- Experience in managing budgets, deadlines, and resources.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Interpretation of technical drawings and execution documentation.
- Knowledge of production processes: cutting, CNC, bending, welding, sandblasting, painting, assembly, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of project planning and tracking (MS Project, ERP, or similar applications).
- Excellent MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of quality management, OHS (Occupational Safety and Health), and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Excellent planning and organization.
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation.
- Risk and priority management.
- Results-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work activity carried out both in the office and in the production area.
- Occasional travel to clients and work sites.
- Working hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday 07:00-13:00.
- Adherence to project delivery deadlines.
- Adherence to approved budgets.
- Quality of documentation and reporting.
- Project plan execution rate.
- Client satisfaction level.
- Reduction of operational bottlenecks.
- Adherence to procurement and production deadlines.
- Salary range 8000-10,000 RON net
