Industrial Projects Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical studies (preferably electrical, electromechanical or mechanical).
• Techincal specialty training.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills for a team.
• Able to pay attention to details and solve encountered situations.
• Capacity to take decisions and assume responsibility.
• Knowledge of the English language; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Experience in the Public Procurement System and preparing documentation for public tenders.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical-economic proposals and monitoring of offers.
• Respecting deadlines for submitting offers.
• Setting and monitoring annual objectives for the team.
• Analyzing and solving bottlenecks.
• Promoting and implementing cost-saving solutions.
• Participating in meetings with suppliers and clients to identify opportunities.
• Maintaining relationships with beneficiaries and subcontractors.
• Proposing a budget for expenses and investments.
• Supporting the team in achieving KPIs and tracking projects.
• Ppreparing and managing project documentation.
• Tracking and preparing payment situations according to the contract.
