Manager de proiect – Proiectare CFDP

Knowledge is expanding its team with the position of Manager de proiect – Proiectare CFDP for the offices of Iași and Brașov.

Job scope: Coordinating the preparation of technical documents for all stages of elaboration (Project Design, Feasibility Study/Technical Documentation for Construction Works, Technical Documentation for Obtaining a Building Permit, Execution Project) and ensuring technical assistance from the designer's side.

Working conditions: Office work, site visits
Type contract: indefinite period

Job requirements
• Higher education degree in a relevant field, graduate of the Faculty of Roads and Bridges (CFDP) or equivalent:
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in project design;
• Specific experience: coordinating at least one infrastructure project, including but not limited to: highways, expressways or national roads;
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary project design team;
• Experience in implementing projects both during the design phase and technical assistance during execution;
• Minimum knowledge requirements for using specific design programs: Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Allplan Civil, Civil 3D, MIDAS Civil, AxisVM, SCIA Engineer, BISAR / EVERSTRESS, Geo 5, Microsoft Office, Program of Estimates;
• Attention to detail, well-structured technical thinking and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously according to priorities;
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership;
• Efficient time management planning, proactivity;
• Driving license category B.

Main responsibilities
• Supervising and coordinating the project design team to ensure delivery of projects in accordance with established requirements;
• Coordinating the entire project throughout its implementation, preparing logistics, coordinating reporting and monitoring;
• Developing and implementing project design strategies to improve efficiency and quality;
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure integration of projects within the company;
• Managing department resources and maintaining a productive and motivating work environment;
• Monitoring trends in project design and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Communicating with the Beneficiary/Autority, in all circumstances related to implementing the project;
• Ensuring technical assistance and issuing technical solutions in case of unforeseen situations.
