Responsibilities:

·       Takes over the responsibility of newly signed contracts by the Department of Business Development and takes care of project registration, providing necessary data

·       Identifies project tasks (contract object) and national distribution according to contract, prepares and transmits to the Dispatch Department a maintenance plan, list of objectives, and other details of the contract

·       Identifies opportunities for supplementing or adding contracts in progress

·       Ensures the good performance of all ongoing contracts, respectively, achieving approved financial indicators, meeting contractual deadlines, and providing services according to client quality requirements and applicable regulations

·       Ensures respect for all contractual obligations assumed by the company through service contracts in progress

·       Follows maintenance reports prepared by technicians, identifies non-conformities found, prepares and transmits offers for remediation to beneficiaries

·       Ensures approval of work situations, issuance of invoices, and collection thereof according to contracts

·       Collaborates with the Dispatch Department for scheduling/allocating mobile teams or fixed-point teams necessary for providing contracted services

Requirements:

·       Higher technical studies completed (electrical engineering, installations, automation, telecommunications, or similar fields).

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in project management facility management, technical maintenance, or integrated services.

·       Technical knowledge regarding electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, fire detection/smoke detection).

·       Experience in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for multiple locations.

·       Experience in managing contracts with corporate/retail banking clients or multi-site networks.

·       Knowledge of MS Office (Excel intermediate-advanced) and using reporting or ticketing technical systems.

·
