We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our construction team. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational and coordination skills, this position might be for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Planning and organizing civil construction projects;

-Monitoring allocated budgets, staying within costs, and meeting deadlines;

-Regularly monitoring the progress of construction activities on the construction site;

-Supervising the construction team and subcontractors;

-Managing resources, costs, and delivery deadlines;

-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements;

-Efficient communication with clients and other stakeholders;

-Suggesting strategies for optimizing operations.

Required qualifications:

-Higher technical education in the field of construction

Required knowledge:

-Experience in the field - minimum 3 years;

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Microsoft Project;

-Driver's license: category B
