GOOD LABEL Europe is the Production office of NOYOCO (NOMAD YOUTH COMPANY), the parisian sustainable ready-to-wear label.

The Development and Production of new collections, is managed by GOOD LABEL Europe from Bucharest. Most of our confection ateliers are romanian.

We are currently looking for a new talent to replace our amazing Production manager who is leaving in maternity leave.

Here are the main missions to handle:

Phase 1 - Developpment

You are responsible for the Development of products of the brand, more specifically the main phases below:

Technical Sheets -> Patterns

• Consists in transforming a Technical sheet into a Pattern by briefing a pattern maker or making the pattern yourself.

Sourcing

• Place orders directly with suppliers of fabrics, supplies, in order to be able to make 2 to 4 prototypes per new development (depending on the complexity).

Patterns -> Prototypes

• Consists in placing the prototype in a confection atelier, sending the pattern, materials & supplies to them, in order to receive a prototype of the product as soon as possible.

Prototypes -> Fittings -> Final Product

• Consists in making Quality Checks on the Prototype (review expected dimensions in our Production Management software versus prototype)
  
• Make fittings and request changes if necessary, until you approve a final prototype / pattern / product.
  

Phase 2 - Production

You are responsible for the Production of products of the brand, more specifically the main phases below:

Negotiation of prices, delivery dates

• Consists in adjusting the quantities ordered to match the requirement of production (min quantity of fabric / confection, existing fabric stocks, optimization of fabric consumption through optimized cutting plans).
• Briefing factories, through technical sheets, presentation of samples.
• Negotiation of prices, delivery dates with each specialized factory.
• Validation of the right factory for each order.
• Signature of PO forms by the factories (accepting prices and delivery dates and penalties if not respected).

Sourcing

• Placing orders directly with suppliers of fabrics, supplies, in order to be able to make the quantities needed (minus what we already have in stock).

Planning Management

• Consists in following up with Suppliers of Fabrics / Supplies and Factories in order to make sure the Planning of Deliveries is respected.

Quality Control

• Consists in making Quality Checks on the Production (review expected dimensions in our Production Management software versus prototype, finishings, etc.).
• Accept what is acceptable, refuse the rest (send it for repair to the factory).

Expedition

• Supervise the Reception and Expedition process with the Inventory & Dispatch Manager and B2B Manager.
