Job Description: Location Manager – NOAH CARWASH Corbeanca

We are looking for a sociable girl, aged between 18 and 35, to join our team as a Location Manager in Corbeanca.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Tracking of revenue: to monitor daily revenue and ensure it is correctly recorded.
• Customer relations: to interact directly with customers, to be attentive to their needs, and to build a close relationship so that they feel appreciated and return.
• Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere: to actively contribute to a positive customer experience, both through attitude and through the way activities are organized.
• Collecting feedback: to talk to customers after the service is provided, to find out if they were satisfied, and to quickly manage any dissatisfaction.
• Google Reviews: to encourage satisfied customers to leave a review and to monitor the constant development of online reputation.
• Content creation: to film cars, work processes, before/after results, and other suitable moments for promoting the car wash on social media.
• Development ideas: to constantly come up with new proposals for attracting customers, retaining them, promotion, events, offers, and improving services.
• Link between the team and management: to be the main communication point between car washers and the owner, conveying problems, needs, feedback, and proposals from both directions.
• Supervising the customer experience: to observe if services are provided to the desired standard and to intervene when problems arise.
• Customer loyalty: to recognize and pay attention to recurring customers, to build relationships with them, and to turn them into loyal customers.
• Observing sales opportunities: to naturally recommend additional services when they are relevant to the customer, without an aggressive approach.
• Image of the car wash: to constantly ensure that the location, the team, and the way of interacting with customers convey a professional and well-organized image.
