Your Opportunity

As an Expansion Manager, you will be the leader in the search for real estate opportunities for the growth and optimization of the Group's chains, management of commercial assets, and administration of lease agreements, with analytical capacity, use of systems, results orientation, and negotiation skills.

Main Functions

• Search and analysis of new real estate opportunities
• Preparation of studies on location, market, competition, and commercial potential
• Negotiation of economic and contractual conditions with owners and operators
• Coordination of the process of formalization, renewal, modification, and termination of contracts
• Administration and monitoring of current leases, including rents, expirations, guarantees, updates, and contractual obligations
• Coordination with internal departments of works, legal, finance, operations, and commercial
• Preparation and updating of presentations, reports, budgets, and expansion plans

Profile Requirements

• Academic background: Architecture, Engineering, Law, or related field (mandatory)
• Experience: 4 years in similar environments (mandatory)

• Proactivity,

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and
• Ease of relating to owners, developers, and multidisciplinary teams
