Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced, results-oriented and performance-driven individual, capable of actively contributing to the company's development.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, in a medium/large company;
Leadership capacity and excellent communication, motivation, and team coordination skills
Advanced organizational and prioritization competencies;
Solid data analysis and risk assessment skills;
Resilience and ability to adapt quickly in complex or high-pressure situations;
Solid PC operation skills – MS Office
Knowledge of English at an intermediate/advanced level (other foreign languages are an advantage);
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI systems is an advantage;

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Development and implementation of medium/long-term strategies
Efficient organization of activities and resources, setting priorities, and monitoring performance;

Is in constant coordination with the Audit, Quality Departments, and company management

Designs and implements pilot programs for testing services/products provided by the company;
Making informed decisions based on data analysis, risk assessment, and identified opportunities;
Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members, optimally leveraging individual competencies
Proactively managing crisis situations or high-pressure moments;
Monitoring and analyzing results obtained against established performance indicators;
Application and compliance with relevant legislation in the coordinated activities.
