Manager Data Transformation & Migration

As an experienced advisor within the Powered Data team, you will be considered the expert on data within transformation projects. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and set an example.

Typical projects where you will be involved are ERP transformations, M&A projects, and/or specific data migration projects with a defined scope (this can include replacing systems, data migration driven by regulation, etc.). These projects all have 'Data' as a critical condition for success, so Data will stand central in your daily work.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team and coordinating with key stakeholders on data migration projects for large organizations, ensuring planning, streamlined collaboration, and effective delivery within the set time and budget;
• Giving tailored advice to our clients about their data quality, data transformation process, and the associated challenges;
• Making an active contribution to winning new assignments for the team;
• Developing yourself in a rapidly growing team that enjoys helping companies with their (ERP) transformation trajectories, where you will be responsible for success;
• Identifying improvement opportunities and stimulating innovation within data transformation and migration.
• Making contributions to team development by organizing knowledge sessions, team activities or recruitment activities;
• Counseling and guiding (senior) consultants on both technical and professional levels, so they can further develop themselves.
