Manager - Data Scientist M/F

As part of strengthening our Data & Analytics teams, we are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to work on strategic projects related to securitization activities and the transformation of data platforms within a complex CIB environment.

You will participate in the modernization of data architectures, the reliability of business processes, and the improvement of data governance, while collaborating with international business and technical teams.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams while actively contributing to the definition of our clients' data and AI strategies.

Your Missions

• Lead Data Science and AI projects end-to-end, from defining needs to deploying solutions
• Build robust data models ensuring the historization, traceability, and auditability of insurance/securitization data
• Design advanced machine learning, prediction, segmentation, or optimization models
• Support teams and provide functional and technical support during post-migration phases
• Contribute to business development and the influence of the Data & Analytics practice

Your Profile

• Solid background in Data Science, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence acquired in a consulting firm or in a complex financial services environment
• Proficiency in Data Science languages and tools such as Python, SQL, Oracle, as well as machine learning frameworks
• Ability to lead highly visible data teams and projects in demanding environments
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Good understanding of the challenges related to large-scale data transformation programs: migration, process mapping, data governance, and documentation

Additional Assets

• Experience with Dataiku or similar data platforms
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expertise in generative AI, NLP, or deep learning
• Certification in Data Science, cloud, or Agile methodologies
