Manager - Data Management M/F

As a Data Management Manager at Capco France, you will support our clients in structuring, governing, and leveraging their data.

You will participate in strategic programs by combining business expertise, data tools, and project management, with a particular focus on data governance solutions.

What you will do

• Lead Data Management programs (governance, quality, cataloging, data lineage)
• Deploy and optimize Data Management tools
• Supervise project teams and ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
• Support business and IT stakeholders in adopting good data practices
• Contribute to the development of Data Management offerings and internal initiatives

What we are looking for

• Significant experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Quality within financial services
• Ability to manage complex projects in data and transformation environments
• Excellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in French and English in a professional context
• Proficiency with a market tool will be appreciated (Colibra, Alteryx, or equivalent)  

Additional Assets

• Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, asset management)
• Knowledge of data regulations (BCBS 239, GDPR, etc.)
• Experience in data architecture or data engineering
• Certifications related to data governance or analytics tools
• Experience in business development or pre-sales
