YOUR FUTURE TEAM:

The Client Performance team's primary objective is to ensure the sustainability of portfolios launched by Seyna. It contributes to making Seyna the best insurer for brokers by working on portfolio profitability, client satisfaction, and the compliance of delegated activities.

The Data team ensures the integration of data from our delegates into the Seyna information system: it is responsible for the completeness and quality of the data. As Manager, you will take responsibility for a team of 4 Data Integration Managers and will drive the structuring and industrialization of this system, a cornerstone of Seyna's reliability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Industrialization of the integration system: Lead the complete transition to the Seyna application, eliminate ad hoc manual actions, and ensure end-to-end operational scalability.

• Quality & Speed Standards: Define and maintain the standards for integrating bordereaux (data correction, writing of recipes), explicitly arbitrating quality/deadline trade-offs.

• Team Management: Structure and lead a team of 3 Data Integration Managers—operational rituals, scope distribution, coaching, and skill development.

• Relationship with Tech: Lead the relationship with the Tech teams to prioritize evolutions of the Seyna application and prevent any return to ad hoc solutions.

• Business Continuity: Ensure continuity on each portfolio by mandating documentation as a non-negotiable standard and by anticipating critical dependencies.

• Service Relationship: Structure the relationship with consuming teams (actuarial, accounting, underwriters, Client Performance) to align data with real business needs.

• Cross-functional Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives with other teams (CSM, Legal, Tech...) and continuously arbitrate between speed, quality, workload, and business expectations in an environment with high operational pressure!

• You master SQL/Python and end-to-end data pipelines.

• You know how to prioritize and arbitrate under multiple constraints—speed, quality, workload, business expectations—with a true sense of Project Management.

• You communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders and teams.

• You know how to simplify complexity to make it actionable.

• You think systemically and know how to standardize operations through technology.

• You have a clear vision of what a robust and quality data system is, and know how to implement it.
