Manager – Data Center Real Estate & Site Acquisition

Nava is building next-generation AI and GPU infrastructure platforms across APAC. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for a high-performing professional to drive data center real estate strategy, site selection, acquisitions, and colocation partnerships across the region. This role sits at the intersection of real estate, infrastructure, strategy, and commercial operations and will play a key role in enabling Nava's long-term capacity growth. What You'll DoSite Selection & Acquisition: Identify and evaluate potential data center sites for expansion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market conditions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and local authorities to secure optimal locations for our infrastructure platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate site selection into overall business strategy and ensure seamless execution. Data Center Real Estate Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data center real estate strategy that aligns with Nava's growth objectives and regional market trends. Conduct market research, analyze industry developments, and identify opportunities for expansion or consolidation. Work closely with the infrastructure team to ensure alignment of real estate strategy with platform requirements. Site Acquisition & Colocation Partnerships: Negotiate and finalize site acquisition agreements, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for Nava's infrastructure platforms. Develop and maintain partnerships with colocation providers, data center operators, and other key stakeholders to secure capacity growth and optimize our footprint. What We're Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in real estate, site selection, acquisitions, or commercial operations, preferably in the technology or data center industry. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and real estate market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
