Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven innovation. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners. * Ensure the delivery of high-quality data products and services that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within Delta Tech Hub. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or a related field, with a focus on delivery and operations. * Proven track record of delivering high-quality data products and services that drive business outcomes. * Strong understanding of data modeling, machine learning, and AI concepts. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
