We are dedicated to ensuring the effective performance and governance of Crown Entities and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Your key responsibilities will include:

* Overseeing strategic portfolio monitoring and advice on Crown Entities and SOEs strategy, performance and major investment decisions.
* Supporting transactions and changes to entity structure.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entity boards, senior leaders, and government agencies.
* Contributing to the re-examination of the operating model for entity performance advice.
Ō pūmanawa | About You
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for making a difference and a proven ability to deliver results. * Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* A track record of delivering high-quality advice and driving organisational change.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach to leadership, with the ability to manage workloads and support team development.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly established team and contribute to the performance of some of New Zealand’s most important public entities.
