Manager, Credit Processing Services

What You'll Be Doing (Position Summary): The Manager, Credit Processing Services, is responsible for leading the Hyderabad-based Credit Processing Services team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of credit applications and related activities. This leadership role is critical to maintaining operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and high service standards for CIBCs credit operations. The manager will oversee a cohort of 10 staff, driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and communication among team members, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of credit processing services with other business units; • Providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals; • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement; • Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. What You'll Need (Requirements): • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; • At least 5 years of experience in credit processing, operations management, or a related field; • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving performance improvement; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
