Strategy

• You drive the group's strategy process: Target picture 2030, annual strategy cycle, measure tracking across all companies
• You monitor markets, competitors, and technologies that will be significant for the SI companies
• You prepare decision proposals for management and shareholders
• You support acquisitions from target search through valuation to integration

Finance

• You build and manage our consolidated management reporting: Revenue, gross profit, EBIT, working capital
• You create business cases, company valuations, and scenario calculations
• You prepare content for bank and funding applications and accompany financing discussions
• You analyze the margin and transfer pricing logic between our German, Asian, and US units

Marketing

• You manage our agencies against briefing, budget, and timeline
• You manage trade fair appearances and group communication as a project
• You link marketing activities and sales results through understandable key figures

HR

• You plan personnel and personnel costs per company and make capacity bottlenecks visible early on
• You further develop compensation and target agreement systems
• You support the filling of key positions and their onboarding
• You help shape organizational structures for new units and spin-offs

What we expect

• Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Law
• Three to five years of professional experience in strategy consulting, transaction services, corporate development, or investment banking
• Financial models that you have built yourself, integrated planning calculations, DCF, scenarios
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Confident handling of Excel at a modeling level and PowerPoint at an executive level

What we would like in addition

• Experience in the medium-sized business sector or in owner-managed structures: You enjoy working without a large support staff
• Exposure to electronics, industry, energy, or logistics
• Basic understanding of HGB (German Commercial Code), GmbHG (German Limited Liability Companies Act), and consolidation
• Experience with bank and funding financing, ideally KfW and L-Bank
• Knowledge of Power BI, experience with Asian structures, Chinese language skills
