Manager, Corporate Development (Corporate Planning)

Job Purpose To lead and manage enterprise-level planning processes and corporate governance support for hospital senior leadership. The role is critical in aligning strategic goals with organizational performance, managing integrated planning cycles, and modernizing corporate processes through digital and AI-enabled innovations. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic and Integrated Planning Support the Hospital CEO, C-suite, and Senior Management Team in: Hospital-wide strategic retreats and annual planning sessions; Developing and maintaining comprehensive hospital-wide strategic plans; Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational performance; Providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making. The role will also involve: Managing and coordinating multiple stakeholders across the organization; Building strong relationships with key leaders and teams; Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; 5+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic planning, or a related field; Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational performance; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
