Financial Control Manager

The ideal candidate:

• Completed higher education;
• Member of CAFR/ ACCA/CIMA (advantageous);
• Experience in ESG reporting (advantageous)

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinates, supervises, and evaluates the activity of the Financial Control department for continuous improvement of company profitability and process efficiency, and risk minimization;
• Initiates and coordinates operational controls, transmitting conclusions and proposed measures to management;
• Carries out financial control activities at the level of direct and indirect costs of all departments within the company;
• Monitors/Coordinates the analysis of prices and commercial conditions, both regarding clients and company suppliers;
• Coordinates the detailed analysis of sales and profitability by business segments;
• Participates and contributes to investment and digitalization projects;
• Analyzes legislative changes and establishes the extent and manner in which they are integrated/governed/impact the company's financial performance;
• Acts as a competence center for optimizing the company's management procedures and tools;
• Ensures detailed analyses and ad-hoc management reports;
• Involved in financial audit.
