Contentious Manager

Adecco Our client, a recognized company in its sector of activity, is looking for a Contentious Manager to pilot and structure all activities related to recovery and litigation management. Responsibilities - Supervise the contentious team and coordinate amiable and judicial recovery actions. - Define and implement the company's contentious strategy. - Ensure the follow-up of judicial procedures in connection with external counsel. - Analyze legal risks and propose adapted solutions. - Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and commercial departments. - Set up performance indicators and ensure regular reporting to management. Your profile - Higher education in law (Master 2 in business law, private law or equivalent). - Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in contentious management, ideally in a company or firm. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Mastery of civil and commercial procedures. - Sense of organization, rigor, and team spirit.
