The vdpConsulting AG is a boutique consulting firm specializing in the German credit and real estate industry. We advise our clients on strategy, technical, and implementation issues from the areas of credit processes, property valuations, risk and liquidity management, covered refinancing, and notification law.

Aufgaben

-development of targeted and specific solution approaches/models to address the challenges of our clients' mandates.

-leadership and management of strategy, technical, and implementation projects with a focus on credit processes (including digitalization initiatives), credit risk management (including ESG and geopolitical risks), property valuation, and/or sales topics related to the secured credit business.

-independent development of new consulting products for our clients under consideration of customer needs, market developments, and the strategic orientation and ambitions of our clients.

-support of the management board in terms of strategy and further development of the consulting portfolio (including taking over responsibility for processing strategic measure packages).
