Your Tasks:
- Preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
- Steering and further development of internal financial processes, as well as close cooperation with the Shared Service Center in Bulgaria
- Ensuring proper accounting and reporting standards for the group
- Coordination with international subsidiaries and the group's mother company on financial and tax matters
- Mentorship of projects for process optimization, including the introduction of a professional reporting tool for the finance department
- Point of contact for auditors and internal specialist departments
You Bring:
- Completed degree in economics or equivalent education with further training as a certified accountant
- Several years of experience in consolidated accounting or auditing
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and HGB, ideally with experience in transitioning to IFRS
- Knowledge of IDL and SAP is a plus
- Communication skills in German and English
- Analytical thinking, self-initiative, and joy in optimizing processes
