Job description
Our client is an internationally successful services company (B2B) headquartered in Frankfurt/Main. Continuous growth also requires continuous development of structures in the area of Total Reward. We are looking for individuals who conceive and implement things with heart and hand!
Responsibilities
- Development, maintenance, and implementation of compensation strategies and policies (incl. fixed and variable compensation)
- Leadership and development of the team
- Establishment and further development of a job grading / position evaluation system
- Ensuring compliance with national legal requirements, collective agreements, works agreements
- Ongoing market studies / benchmarking as well as analysis of internal data, gap analyses, identification of trends
- Initiating and leading projects, e.g., standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems
Qualifications
- You have several years of professional experience and preferably some management experience
- You have experience with job grading / position evaluation systems
- You draw on experience with collective agreements, works agreements, compensation and bonus models
- You have experience with HR systems / tools: e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel/Power BI etc.
- You operate with the ability to integrate and convince stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills allow you to present convincingly
