As a Manager (Compensation), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Administer compensation programmes, including bonuses, incentives, allowances, specialised payouts, and billing cycles while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Support and implement compensation policies, programmes, and improvement initiatives.

• Conduct salary benchmarking, participate in compensation surveys, and analyse market data to support competitive remuneration practices.

• Perform audits to ensure compliance with organisational compensation policies and procedures.

• Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary recommendations.

• Drive process improvements by leveraging Excel and automation tools (e.g. VBA, RPA, Power Query) to enhance operational efficiency.

• Support the organisation's talent attraction, retention, and reward strategies through effective compensation management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field.

• At least 3 or more years of experience in compensation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills (e.g. xlookup, pivot table, VBA)
