Manager Commercial Product Management

Will you set the course for Eurofiber's product portfolio and directly contribute to the digital infrastructure of tomorrow? As Manager Commercial Product Management, you are responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our complete portfolio - from connectivity and colocation to hybrid cloud solutions - in multiple countries and entities.

You ensure strategic alignment, market orientation, and strong financial performance, with an eye on innovation and scalability. This makes you a determining factor in Eurofiber's further growth.

The function can be filled in Maarssen or Zaventem (BE).

Your impact

In this role, you combine vision with execution power. You develop an integrated product strategy for the coming years, based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. You balance between innovation (AI, quantum, cloud + connectivity) and lifecycle management, and know when to push forward or pull back.

Additionally, you lead Commercial Product Managers in multiple countries, monitor portfolio consistency, and position the product strategy in the boardroom. You are the sparring partner of Executives and CBU directors and ensure that Eurofiber remains future-proof.

What will you do?

• Develop an integrated product vision for 1-5 years.
• Lead Commercial Product Managers and safeguard portfolio consistency.
• Prioritize and invest in innovation, digitalization, and seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and optimize performance (adoption, ARPU, customer satisfaction, costs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Operations for successful market introductions.
• Maintain strategic partner relationships.
• Report to the Group Director Products & Solutions and align with CBU directors.
• Bulid and grow a high-performance team across multiple countries.
