Job description
Our company is looking for a Manager of Sales and Business Development with experience to consolidate its activities on the European market. The selected candidate will lead sales and business development activities, focusing on long-term contracts for artillery and explosive products. A military background or experience in the Ministry of Defense, along with proven sales experience and a solid network of contacts in European defense institutions, is required.
1. Lead the commercial and sales strategy of the company for explosives and artillery systems in Europe.
2. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with Ministries of Defense and main contractors.
3. Ensure framework agreements and long-term contracts.
4. Manage tenders, RFQs, and complex negotiations.
5. Represent the company at defense exhibitions, official delegations, and industry events.
6. Promote the company's production capacity as a secure solution for European demand.
