Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing commercial and sales strategies;
• Developing and managing the client portfolio;
• Coordinating, motivating, and evaluating the sales team;
• Negotiating contracts and establishing commercial conditions;
• Analyzing markets and identifying new business opportunities;
• Setting sales targets and tracking their achievement;
• Collaborating with production and logistics departments;
• Monitoring performance indicators (KPI);
• Representing the company in relation to strategic partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in B2B sales and commercial strategy;
• Experience in the wood products industry (wood, pellets, biomass) – mandatory;
• Experience in team coordination;
• Higher education degree completed (economics, management, technical or related fields);
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to organize and plan;
• Oriented towards results and performance;
• PC knowledge (MS Office, CRM – advantageous);
• Driving license category B;
• Advanced English language skills.
