Commercial Laboratory Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Laboratory Manager who will coordinate the daily activity of a dental laboratory and actively contribute to developing commercial relationships with dental clinics and collaborating doctors.

Rolul presupune atât gestionarea eficientă a activității laboratorului, cât și dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienți și promovarea serviciilor oferite.

Responsabilități principale:

· Coordinating daily activity of the dental laboratory and ensuring respect for workflow.

· Maintaining and developing commercial relationships with dental clinics and collaborating doctors.

· Identifying new collaboration opportunities and attracting new clients.

· Presenting services and products of the laboratory (prosthetic works, crowns, bridges, implants etc.).

· Monitoring orders and ensuring efficient communication between the laboratory and clinics.

· Organizing deliveries and tracking execution terms.

· Participating in the development strategy and growth of the laboratory.

· Managing administrative and commercial aspects of the laboratory.

Cerințe:

· Experience in the dental field or collaboration with dental laboratories is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Experience in sales or commercial development.

· Ability to organize and coordinate activities.

· Proactive attitude and orientation towards results.

· Knowledge of operating a PC (MS Office).
