Alfa Terminal Constanța is part of the Kronospan group - a port terminal specialized in handling palletized goods, part of the Austrian Kronospan group, world leader in producing high-quality wood-based panels and associated products.

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our team in Constanta occupying the position of:

Manager Comercial

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Develops and implements commercial strategies for increasing sales;
• Maintains relationships with current clients and attracts new collaborators;
• Negotiates and concludes commercial contracts in accordance with company policy;
• Monitors the market and identifies new business opportunities;
• Analyzes commercial performance and reports periodically to management;
• Collaborates closely with operational and financial departments to ensure the quality of services offered and customer satisfaction.

Required knowledge and qualifications:

• Higher education degree (preferably in economics, commerce, maritime or logistics);
• Relevant experience in sales, business development or commercial management (minimum 3-5 years);
• Knowledge of port activities and maritime logistics – major advantage;
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills;
• Capacity for strategic analysis and planning;
• Good knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
• Driving license category B;
