Dental Clinic Manager

We are looking for a Clinic Manager who will be the driving force behind a high-performing clinic: aligned people, clear processes, satisfied patients, and results that are visible both in numbers and in the team's well-being.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operational activity of the clinic and ensure the smooth running of all processes.
• Supervise medical and non-medical teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Monitor and optimize operational indicators: occupancy rate, waiting times, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage the clinic's budget and track financial indicators: revenue, costs, profitability, and collections.
• Coordinate the scheduling process and the efficient use of available resources.
• Actively contribute to the clinic's revenue development by implementing commercial strategies and monitoring team performance.
• Coordinate the process of presenting and converting treatment plans and track the achievement of sales objectives.
• Identify local development opportunities and implement initiatives to grow the patient base and foster loyalty.
• Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure the smooth administrative and logistical functioning of the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with conformity, safety standards, and applicable legislation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role (dental clinic), coordinating a team of at least 10 people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales and achieving commercial objectives.
• Experience in managing financial indicators, budgets, and responsibility for results.
• Solid leadership, organization, and planning skills.
• Analytical capacity and orientation towards performance and results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, professional maturity, and the ability to manage complex situations.
• Proactive attitude and a desire to build and develop people, processes, and results.
• Experience in the medical field, specifically in the dental field.
