DENTAL CLINIC MANAGER – LIFE DENTAL SPA VICTORIEI

Life Dental Spa is expanding its management team and is looking for a Dental Clinic Manager for its Bucharest – Victoriei location.

We are looking for a person with concrete experience in coordinating a dental clinic, who understands both the operational side and the relationship with patients, the medical team, and the commercial objectives of the clinic.

Main Responsibilities

• coordination of the daily activity of the clinic;
• organization and supervision of the reception team, assistants, and support staff;
• continuous collaboration with dentists and coordination of patient flow;
• monitoring appointments, occupancy rate, and schedule efficiency;
• tracking of clinic performance indicators;
• monitoring revenue, treatment plan conversion, and patient retention;
• management of situations arising in the relationship with patients;
• ensuring compliance with internal procedures and standards;
• coordination of administrative and operational activities;
• identification of problems and rapid implementation of solutions;
• collaboration with central departments: HR, marketing, finance, call center, and management;
• involvement in recruitment, integration, and team evaluation;
• development of a patient-oriented culture focused on performance and responsibility.

What we are looking for

• has previous experience in coordinating a dental clinic;
• understands the specific workflows of a dental clinic;
• has experience in team coordination;
• understands the commercial and operational indicators of a clinic;
• is very well organized and results-oriented;
• has decision-making ability and rapid problem-solving skills;
• communicates well with dentists, patients, and the team;
• is firm, balanced, and responsible;
• follows processes through to completion;
• is attentive to the patient experience and service quality.

An advantage would be

• experience in dental clinics with a high patient volume;
• experience in selling or presenting treatment plans;
• experience in monitoring clinic KPIs;
• experience in recruiting and coordinating medical and administrative staff.
