Candidate Profile

• Minimum experience of 5 years in medical management or coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in financial management: budgeting, cost optimization, increasing profitability
• Excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills for opening and operating a unit
• Communication and relationship-building skills, planning, and resource management
• Leadership skills – you will coordinate teams, both during the project phase and after the clinic's opening
• Spirit of entrepreneurship, perseverance, results-oriented, involved in all activities related to the good coordination of the clinic, but also in marketing actions for promoting the clinic

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the team and clinic activities to ensure an efficient circuit for patients
• Delegating and monitoring administrative and logistical activities, from patient scheduling to data registration and processing
• Implementing and respecting internal procedures and quality standards within the team, constant evaluation of employee performance, organizing constructive feedback sessions.
• Managing the clinic's financials and achieving sales and profitability targets
• Relating with patients, verifying patient satisfaction reports, results from received feedback, planning action plans for improving their experience and orienting towards solving potential conflict situations
• Hiring and guiding new employees, as well as supervising the professional development of the team, including organizing and supervising subordinates' activities
• Close collaboration with the marketing team and/or identifying affiliation events and medical conferences, supporting strategic partnerships for the clinic
• Governing and developing commercial relationships with partners and suppliers, including representing the clinic in relation to authorities
• Ensuring compliance with regulations in the field and labor legislation, as well as best practices
