THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic executive team in the Wimmera South West Area.
The role of Manager Client Support & Housing Services is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a diverse program with responsibility for housing service delivery, complex care, and reception services.
The successful candidate will have strong management and leadership skills, be flexible and responsive to changing needs and priorities across the Area and provide stability and support to staff across five offices.
You will collaborate with teams across the Wimmera South West to improve client experiences by developing and implementing client-focused protocols, systems and training. Working alongside senior leadership you will ensure the Area delivers against the department's strategic priorities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

* Prepare and present detailed, comprehensive reports, briefs and submissions on complex policy and operational issues as well as prepare regular and ad hoc reports and correspondence.
* Prepare and present high-level communication material (including for change communications) and provide authoritative and strategic advice relating to communications issues and requirements.
* Actively facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across the department to coordinate critical projects, including organisational change strategies.
