Position Title: Team Manager – Admissions & Outreach Location: Raipur (Chhattisgarh) Department: Admissions & Outreach Reports To: Zonal Manager – Admissions & Outreach Position Summary: The Assistant Manager – Admissions & Outreach will be responsible for leading student enrolment and institutional outreach initiatives for Chandigarh University. This role combines strategic planning, field execution, relationship management, and operational oversight to meet regional enrolment targets while strengthening the university's reputation in the region. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve regional enrolment targets. • Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to develop and deliver outreach programs that promote Chandigarh University's academic offerings. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and industry partners. • Monitor and report on the progress of student enrolment and institutional outreach initiatives. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development in the region. • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Zonal Manager – Admissions & Outreach.
